How it works?
  1. Order your cinema tickets online and proceed with the bank transfer payment.
    (IMPORTANT: For faster processing, please indicate your customer number in the transfer reference and send it by email to billetterie@kinepolis.com)
  2. You will receive an email notification informing you that your e-tickets are available in your customer area.
  3. From your customer area, you can assign the e-tickets by email to your beneficiaries, who can then use them to book cinema seats at self-service kiosks or directly on kinepolis.fr. Please note that you can also print the PDF version of your E-KinéTICKETS from your customer account.
